Special Events

There are two venues for special events. The Function Hall inside the resort holds a maximum of 100 people, has a kitchen, and can be used for meetings, seminars, wedding receptions, and corporate events. This is a facility-only service. Clients must contract with a catering service.  We have a list of caterers we can recommend. The facility also has his/her bathrooms and showers. The Cottages at the Beach – There are three cottages at the beach available for rent individually.

Banana Boat

Rental fee – PhP450 per pax for 30 minutes

Minimum of 5 pax and maximum of 8 pax per boat 

Surf Board

Rental fee – PhP500 for 8 hours

Extra fee of PhP100 per hour thereafter

Function Hall

Located inside the resort, holds maximum of 100 people with plenty of room outside for extra tables.  Hall is enclosed with air conditioner, has TV/karaoke and stereo sound system. Food not included.

Exclusive Use of Perlas Resto Bar

Maximum capacity of 42 people, includes of the bottom part which includes tables, chairs and swings.  There is a charge of Php150 per person over 42 people. Rental does not include food.  Cleaning depost of Php1,000 refundable after the event and inspection by Resort Staff.

Rental fee – PhP13,000 for 8 hours
Extra fee of PhP1,000 per hour thereafter

Pre-nup or Engagement Photo Shoot

Pre-nup shoot with 8 hours use of the Guanacaste Room for preparation, change outfits and make-up.

Beach ceremony only, does not include reception and decorations. Does not include food.  Access to comfort rooms.
